    Ginger Segraves D.V.M.
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Segraves graduated from University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. She opened her own business, NEA Veterinary Clinic, in 2001. Over her 20+ years of experience, Dr. Segraves has treated a variety of small, large and exotic animals. She has performed thousands of routine surgeries such as spays and castrations but also more serious surgeries when the need arrives such as diaphragmatic hernia repairs, removing intestinal foreign bodies, tumor removals, fracture repair, cruciate repairs, just to name a few.
    Dr. Ginger does her best to take excellent care of every animal that has walked through the door. The clinic motto is “Our goal is for your pet to live a longer, healthier life”. She has taken countless after hour emergency calls on weekends and in the middle of the night.
    Dr. Ginger enjoys scuba diving, sailing, going to the lake or just anything outdoors hanging with friends and family. She has six dogs, six cats as well as a hobby farm that includes horses, chickens, quail, and geese.

    Andrea Luffman
    Veterinary Technician

    Andrea graduated from Penn Foster with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She has worked in the veterinary field since 1997 and opened with Dr. Segraves in 2001. She is currently the only licensed Veterinary Technician here.


    Andrea enjoys running, spending time with her two daughters, and taking care of her cattle. She has three dogs and two cats that she loves dearly.

    Cindy Doran
    Receptionist

    Cindy has worked at NEA Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Segraves since 2008. During her 13 years here she has done everything from veterinary assistant to office manager and helping out where she is needed.


    Cindy enjoys camping, reading, boating, and spending time with her three grandchildren. She has four dogs that she loves dearly.

    Wendy Headley
    Receptionist

    Wendy started grooming at NEA Veterinary Clinic in 2008. She groomed for three years before moving into the office in 2011. She works alongside Cindy taking care of clients and office management.

    Wendy enjoys camping and spending time with her six grandchildren. She has four dogs and a cat that she loves dearly.

    Alyson Edington
    Veterinary Assistant

    Alyson graduated from Corning Highschool in 2021. She is now attending Arkansas State University to major in animal science. She plans to apply to Veterinary school to become a Veterinarian. She is a family-friend of Dr. Segraves and has worked at NEA Veterinary Clinic since 2019.

    Alyson enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends, and the summertime. She has a dog and a cat that she loves dearly.

    Holley Alford
    Veterinary Assistant

    Holley graduated from Poplar Bluff High School in 2020. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster to earn her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She worked at another clinic in 2019 but has worked at NEA Veterinary Clinic since January of 2020.

    She enjoys barrel racing, camping, and succulents. She has six dogs and two horses that she loves dearly.

    Amber Brown
    Groomer/Veterinary Assistant

    Amber moved to Arkansas from St. Louis where she worked in the veterinary field for a year and a half. Amber has been at NEA Veterinary Clinic since November of 2020. She is currently our only groomer and works in other areas when she is not grooming. She plans to attend Penn Foster to earn her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology in the future.

    Amber enjoys riding horses, riding four wheelers, and going to the river. She has three dogs that she loves dearly.

    Chandler Garner
    Veterinary Assistant

    Chandler has worked at NEA Veterinary Clinic for a year in 2014. He went to another job for a few years before coming back this year. He would like to attend Penn Foster to earn his Associates in Veterinary Technology in the future.

    Chandler enjoys playing video games and going to the river. He has one dog that he loves dearly.
